Fresh New Look

Hi guys! So you've probably heard of the latest craze; Dermacol's Make-up cover originating in Prague. It is advertised to be: * Waterproof * Hypoallergenic * High Coverage etc. * Long Lasting * Cruelty Free This product seemed like the perfect type of foundation for me so I read a few articles and watched a few youtube videos but I was reluctant on trying since my skin is so sensitive/ dry. A few days later, I thought hey, I'm running out of foundation, why not try and see. I got it on Ebay for £5.99 (shade 218) however, there are cheaper ones available but I was worried about authenticity so I went for a more trusted seller. 3 days later, I received my Dermacol (30 g). Firstly, this product made some interesting claims (including the ones mentioned above): * Alcholol free * Ammonia Free * Paraben free * Minerals * Sun protection (SPF 30) * Vitamins * Non-comedogenic (Doesn't block your pores) Now sadly, I threw away its packaging in attempt to...

Hoi Guys!  So lately i've been trying out a whole bunch of different looks with make-up. I've never been very good with make-up so thought i'd try out improving my skills.  One major thing I couldn't do was the smokey eye T.T I don't know but however hard I try it never turns out decent. So me being me, I just kept trying and thought I would experiment with more lighter, subtle colours so if it goes wrong it's not too obvious (I normally test out make-up skills before I go out, so don't want to go out with seriously messed up make-up >.<)  Introducing the pink smokey eye! I tried to keep eyeliner to a minimum because I didn't want it to overpower the look. In today's post I shall be showing you how to achieve the look for 2012 ! This year it's all about the eyebrows ! So fill in those babies like there's no tomorrow! You don't need to be gentle, just grab a eyebrow pencil and line your eyebrows and fill-away! You want to achieve a thick and full eyebrow(s). Thicker eyebrows mean less eyeshadow you need to wear so go natural on it. Start with brown and fill the lid to the crease and then a gold shimmer colour around the eye to highlight and add 'pop' and depth to make the eyes look more 3-D! We all know that a symmetrical face is pretty so for my personal needs I have drawn another mole on the other side of my face and made it darker to draw attention to the lips! As for the lips , you need to make them plump and kissable so some pink/red lip gloss will do the job.
