Green smoothie & Fruit smoothie!

Hellloooooo!

I must say, I have a love for fruit and also a big fan of vegetables too! So what better way to have them than putting them together and blending it up! YUM! (please say yum ahaa)

Earlier today I went down to Tesco and bought a whole load of fruit and veg and decided that i'll just experiment and mash thing together in a blender and hopefully it'll taste good!

Green smoothies are a great way to introduce or just get greens into your diet. (Especially if you have a fussy child who doesn't like to eat vegetables.)

Imaged below, I have shown three smoothies but the two shots of the green smoothie look pretty similar T.T but the consistency was slightly different.

Green Smoothie with scrambled egg. (It was my breakfast)

Berry Smoothie

The green smoothieeeee

All I have to say is that if you haven't tried it yet, GO TRY IT! They are absolutely delicious!! Look how pretty it looks too!

Smoothie 1:
1/2 avocado (Thickens whilst adding good fats)
A handful of spinach (LOVE spinach! If you don't, don't worry because once it's blended you can't taste a thing!)
orange juice (To try cancel out the veggie taste)
bunch of red grapes (to sweeten)
A stalk of celery (This has a more pungent taste so be wary when you use it)
Kale (High in Vitamins A & C )

Smoothie 2:
Frozen summer berries (Keeps the smoothie cool and sweet)
1/2 mango (texture and taste)
Bunch of red grapes (Gives a subtle sweetness)
Spinach (gotta have the greens!)
Strawberies (They taste delicious)

Smoothie 3:
This was similar to the smoothie no.1 but no celery was added and milk was used as the liquid.

Smoothies are so great because they're so versitile! You could put anything in there (providing the blender is powerful if testing with hard solids, otherwise you may just kill the motor on the blender).
But if you're a smoothie newbie, I found this post on pinterest a few months back and has the basics.

Happy smoothie making guys!!!

Garnier Nutrisse truly blonde hair dye Review

Hello! I'm back with another hair dye review by Garnier! I've wanted to go blonde for the longest time, but having Asian hair made this a lot more difficult. Previous people I have spoken to who have also tried to go blonde ended up ginger. Nevertheless, this did not scare me! I was determined! This was my previous colour So, 30 minutes after! Time to rinse! oops, blurry  Indoor lighting (with a terrible front camera) Alright, as you guys can see, it's not blonde bu more yellow. However, at the time I liked it - it was different.  Outdoor lighting  So, I ended up like a strawberry blonde?  In order for me to get to a blonder shade, I needed to bleach again but I quite liked my current colour, so I left it as it is.  My hair condition was surprisingly good after dying and a week or two after! But as you probably guess - the condition deteriorated, leaving my hair dry and brittle.  All is w...

Liese Ash Brown Hair dye *Review*

Helllooooo~ Summer time means lighter hair! (I know, this post is late *sigh*)  So i'm here to tell/show you guys what the Liese Ash brown hair dye is like! - WOOHOO! Ok, above is my hair without dying. It's very dark brown.  and then.... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. TADAAAAAAAAAA It actually turned out lighter then I suspected!  I left the dye on for an hour and followed the rest of the instructions as per normal.  My hair felt so soft! As for the colour, I was very pleasantly surprised! The ash tone did turn out well (although it made my face look so tanned *hehe*) and the colour was nice and vibrant. Sadly, after a few washes the ash tone kind of washed out, so now I have a slight red-y tone, but I already new that this would happen. So below, I posted a few more pictures so you can get more of a jist of the colour ^^ Oh...

SANA Soy Milk Whitening Cream *Review*

Hello guys ! Today I'm going to review a product by SANA which is the soy milk whitening cream which was purchased in Hong Kong for HK$89 which is approx. £7.42 !! Packaging : This product actually caught my eye by its packaging as the style was simple yet attractive. The covering was clear and you can see what the actual container of the product looks like which is a plus point. Ingredients : After I picked up this product I looked at the ingredients. I heard that soy milk was good for the skin so I wanted to try out this product. What surprised me was that the product did not react at all with my dry and eczema skin, it actually hydrated it slightly. Texture : The cream is actually a gel. The product smoothes nicely onto the face but it leaves a 'film' on your face which keeps in moisture (makes your face look oily hehe), so i wouldn't recommend using it right before you go out =P ! Whitening : To begin with, I didn't see much effect on my skin and I...
