City of Love; Paris ♥♥

Summer = time for a relaxing holiday!

I recently took a quick one week trip to France's, city of love, Paris! I happened to visit at the hottest time in summer reaching temperatures of 30 degrees!
Although being drenched in sweat, my friend Amy and I were determined to see all the big landmarks in the short time that we had.
We were blessed to have someone to guide us where to go and how to get there, as my sister, Kwan (check out her blog  here), very kindly asked her friend, Kamran, who lives in Paris, to help us around. He very generously found us a cheap motel next to one of the tourist attractions in Anvers. He was a great help and would like to thank him for being an amazing guide and friend.
I was surprised how easy it was to travel around Paris... It was just like London! Their metro station was run in exactly the same way as the underground. You could even 'jump' (or 'duck', if your a short person like me) over the barriers and save on a bit of euros (although I don't suggest it...hehee).
We managed to visit the big landmarks (multiple times) and also the smaller areas too! I had an amazing time and would love to visit back one day!

So enough talking, here are the pictures!

Yummy cocktails! (Although I can't remember what it was called)

Next stop: Barcelona!

Garnier Nutrisse truly blonde hair dye Review

Hello! I'm back with another hair dye review by Garnier! I've wanted to go blonde for the longest time, but having Asian hair made this a lot more difficult. Previous people I have spoken to who have also tried to go blonde ended up ginger. Nevertheless, this did not scare me! I was determined! This was my previous colour So, 30 minutes after! Time to rinse! oops, blurry  Indoor lighting (with a terrible front camera) Alright, as you guys can see, it's not blonde bu more yellow. However, at the time I liked it - it was different.  Outdoor lighting  So, I ended up like a strawberry blonde?  In order for me to get to a blonder shade, I needed to bleach again but I quite liked my current colour, so I left it as it is.  My hair condition was surprisingly good after dying and a week or two after! But as you probably guess - the condition deteriorated, leaving my hair dry and brittle.  All is w...

Liese Ash Brown Hair dye *Review*

Helllooooo~ Summer time means lighter hair! (I know, this post is late *sigh*)  So i'm here to tell/show you guys what the Liese Ash brown hair dye is like! - WOOHOO! Ok, above is my hair without dying. It's very dark brown.  and then.... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. TADAAAAAAAAAA It actually turned out lighter then I suspected!  I left the dye on for an hour and followed the rest of the instructions as per normal.  My hair felt so soft! As for the colour, I was very pleasantly surprised! The ash tone did turn out well (although it made my face look so tanned *hehe*) and the colour was nice and vibrant. Sadly, after a few washes the ash tone kind of washed out, so now I have a slight red-y tone, but I already new that this would happen. So below, I posted a few more pictures so you can get more of a jist of the colour ^^ Oh...

SANA Soy Milk Whitening Cream *Review*

Hello guys ! Today I'm going to review a product by SANA which is the soy milk whitening cream which was purchased in Hong Kong for HK$89 which is approx. £7.42 !! Packaging : This product actually caught my eye by its packaging as the style was simple yet attractive. The covering was clear and you can see what the actual container of the product looks like which is a plus point. Ingredients : After I picked up this product I looked at the ingredients. I heard that soy milk was good for the skin so I wanted to try out this product. What surprised me was that the product did not react at all with my dry and eczema skin, it actually hydrated it slightly. Texture : The cream is actually a gel. The product smoothes nicely onto the face but it leaves a 'film' on your face which keeps in moisture (makes your face look oily hehe), so i wouldn't recommend using it right before you go out =P ! Whitening : To begin with, I didn't see much effect on my skin and I...
